Movie Review: No One Lives

You've heard never judge a book by it's cover, right? In May 2013, Flynn
thought this couple was an easy read, nice and weak. He couldn't have be more wrong.

Directing this 86 minute horror/thriller is Ryuhei Kitamura.

Keeping the blood flowing in this flick is: Luke Evans as Driver, America Oliva as Tamara, Lee Tergesen as Hoag, Derek Magyar as Flynn, Beau Knapp as Denny, Lindsey Shaw as Amber, Adelaide Clemens as Emma and George (Brodus Clay) Murdoch as Ethan.

A bite of food and then back on the road turns into an awkward moment for a couple after a run-in with a stranger. After the stranger's friends broke up the situation and apologized, the group left. Unfortunately, this won't be the last run-in the couple has with the group. This time they've been taken captive, and their
belongings will be gone through and sold. Just one problem, what the couple had with them nobody expected to find, and the owner will do anything to get back what he's lost.

These WWE productions keep me on the fence. They either suck or are really good, and this one was really good. Down side is, it's a short flick. I felt like they could have given a little more back story to the main character, Driver, just to pad the movie some more. Because it's such a bare bones flick, start/end and we're done. Other than that the story was cool and playthrough was killer. Luke Evans is an actor I'm starting to really like, and is doing great work. Overall, it's a short flick that plays a great game of cat and mouse.

It's rated R for nudity, language and violence.

3 stars for a flick with a life lesson. Never mess with strangers.
